Media Buyer

We are currently seeking a Media Buyer for the purpose of marketing campaign strategizing, analysis and optimization, and channel acquisition in order to increase brand awareness, bolster company growth, and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and developing successful brands and planning, executing, and optimizing direct response marketing campaigns for an online retail brand. The Media Buyer will manage campaigns and traffic sources, identify new channel outlets, and develop scalable, targeted strategies to utilize those channels and facilitate growth.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND DUTIES:

1. Media Buying. Identify and purchase new media channels via Facebook, Google, and various ad networks at performance cost and implement strategies and best practices for the most effective utilization of those channels. Monitor channel utilization and create strategies for optimization based on goals for CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, and CPS.

2. Direct Response Marketing. Manage and develop strategies for direct marketing campaigns through media channels in form of advertisements, email marketing, and social media marketing.

3. Customer Cultivation and Retention. Optimizing customer acquisition and developing efficient and cost effective strategies to generate engagement and valuable leads.

4. Branding. Understanding the identity of the company’s brands and working to expand brand reach and recognition through channel acquisition and marketing campaigns.

5. Strategic Planning and Analysis. Research and analyze current and potential strategies to optimize campaigns and facilitate growth based on data. Identify emerging trends and potential outlets for expansion.

6. Campaign Management. Plan, facilitate, and manage performance-based marketing campaigns with a team of advertisers through multiple platforms such as social media, email marketing, etc. Create strategies based on company objectives.

Social Media Manager

We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager for the purpose of driving strategic collaboration within social media channels for multiple brands and implementing digital marketing strategies designed to achieve high engagement rates, increase brand awareness, grow our social audiences, and increase revenue.

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the organization’s online network in order to increase customer engagement and develop brand familiarity and grow website traffic and profits. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven social networking expert who actively uses Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND DUTIES:

1. Content Creation. Consistently creating content in the form of posts, photos, and videos for each brand to be posted to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. Photography and videography skills are a must.

2. Marketing Analysis. Keep track of marketing data and use that data to draw actionable insights and set goals based on data analysis. Must have experience with data analytics and possess insight needed to develop strategies and test results.

3. Industry Awareness. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and more, and act accordingly on changes to social networking platforms.

4. Customer Service. Be the voice of our brands and communicate effectively to multiple audiences. Interact with customers and address any questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Community Management. Facilitate and maintain a community feel for each brand by interacting with customers. Create an engaging and approachable tone for the brands by seeding discussions and dealing with negative feedback or spammers when necessary. Respond to and moderate customer comments on social media platforms.

6. Funnel Marketing. Pick and share content that will attract an audience and generate valuable leads for the brands, driving website and sales traffic via social media. Plan and facilitate campaigns for the purpose of lead generation and customer engagement.

Photographer/Graphic Designer

Phoenix Industries Inc. has an open position for a Photographer with experience in Graphic Design. The Photographer/Graphic Designer will be responsible for taking professional quality photos of company products as well as producing content in form of photos and graphics for marketing efforts and website design. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a professional photographer taking product photos for digital media, as well as completing graphic design projects for advertising purposes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND DUTIES:

1. Photography and Videography. Producing professional-quality photo and video content including product photos, promotional videos, and other content for marketing purposes as needed.

2. Graphic Design. Creating content for newsletters, website content, advertisements, and other projects as needed. Collaborate with advertisers and copywriters to conceptualize and develop content.
